This client was a Fortune 200 retailer and one of the most recognizable brand names in the United States. During this 3 month assignment, which extended to 7 months based on need, we assisted with their corporate back office organization which handled the global call centers for their online sales, delivery and repair services. We quickly ensured that the internal financial statements were accurately reflecting business results and worked to provide improved expense allocation processes. The group is now drawing their attention to improving bottom line results as this administrative burden is now behind them.
Client in Chemical Manufacturing
This $1.2B chemical manufacturer was a spin-off of one of the largest chemical companies in the world and now was backed by a large private equity company in California. During the 3 month assignment, which extended to 16 months based on need, Real Change helped the company build their Finance and Payroll processes and procedures. The worked involved aspects from the Contollership, FP&A, HR and Payroll functions of the organization. While the path was difficult, the company is now focused on long-term global growth and is poised for continued success.

This client is a Fortune 400 manufacturer of energy products, primarily in the oil and gas upstream and midstream industries. As the company's needs changed, Real Change focused on maintaining corporate operations during a 6 month corporate restructuring period. During this difficult period, the corporate CFO, Controller and FP&A Director have all exited the company and Real Changed worked directly with the CEO to ensure that continuity of work was achieved.
